Is my order eligible for return or exchange?
Currently, our products are not eligible for return or exchange. We take great care in quality checks and packaging to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Express Orders
Express shipping typically takes 5–8 working days for delivery. In the rare event that an express order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, we will issue a refund for the express shipping charges only.
The cost of the product itself will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.


What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
While we perform thorough quality checks, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images of the issue at info@kidogen.com and our support team will assist you promptly.

Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards purchased from our website are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


When will I receive my refund (if applicable)?
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund confirmation email. After approval, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
